This policy explains what information Arcform Agency (“Arcform”, “we”) collects through this website, why, and what we do with it. We collect as little as possible and never sell personal information.
Information you give us
When you submit the project inquiry form, we receive the details you enter:
- your name and email address, and optionally your WhatsApp number and organisation name;
- details about your project, such as website type, industry, description, required functionality, design preferences, budget range, timeline and existing website address;
- any additional information you choose to include.
If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information contained in those messages.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The inquiry form uses your IP address temporarily to limit repeated submissions. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- to respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal or quotation;
- to communicate with you about your project if we work together;
- to keep the website secure and prevent spam.
We don't use your inquiry details for unrelated marketing, and we don't sell or rent them to anyone.
Services that process data for us
Inquiries are delivered to us through trusted service providers, such as our website host and email delivery provider, who process data only to provide their service. If you contact us through WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation. If spam protection is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile may process limited technical data to verify the form is being used by a person.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the project and any period required for accounting or legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Depending on where you live, data-protection laws (such as India's DPDP Act or the EU/UK GDPR) may give you further rights.
